Women's Bible Study-Better Christ, Better Life

Why settle for less when you can have the best? The book of Hebrews reveals Jesus as greater than anyone or anything we could trust in! In Him, every promise of God finds its “Yes.” Then the book of James takes that truth and shows us how knowing Christ and living in His power changes everything—our choices, our words, our relationships, our resilience. This study will walk you through Hebrews to see why Christ is better, and through James to discover how life in Him is richer, stronger, and full of purpose. Come ready to know Him more deeply and live more fully in His transforming power.
FALL & SPRING MATERIAL COST: $25 total (Hebrews in the Fall, James in the Spring)
THREE CLASS OPTIONS:
Tuesday pm - 6-7:45 pm - Dinner option available - childcare option available
Wednesday am - 9:30-11:15 am - childcare option available
Wednesday lunch group - 12:05-12:55 pm - lunch option available
Fall Meal Option - $30 for 11 meals
Childcare Option - no cost/prior sign-up required
Women's Third Thursday Lunch

Third Thursday is back! This month, bring a favorite book to swap as we explore the power and delight of our stories.
Join old friends and make new ones at this one-hour catered lunch, full of upbuilding conversation and good food. Meal cost is $8, but lunch is on us for any guests you invite!
Crosspoint Bible Weekender
September 26-27, 2025
If you are a college student or college-aged, join us for a weekend as we learn how to read God’s Word! Friday night will be at GBC at 7pm and will cover the story of the Bible. We will head to Tyler on Saturday to spend the day learning how to study Scripture at the Foundry Coffee Shop. Bring money for lunch and coffee in Tyler!
The Way - Step 2
October 5-December 7, 2025, 9:30am-12:00pm
Who is God? How do we know him? How do we live for him? Step 2 of The Way provides ancient answers to these fundamental questions through the Apostles’ Creed, the Lord’s Prayer, and the Ten Commandments.
Participants will complete the provided workbook each week before gathering on Sunday to discuss as a group. Groups are available at 9:30am and 11am. Childcare available.
