As Family and Youth Pastor, Bobby partners with parents to build a foundation of Biblical truth and a heart for the Lord, His Word, and His people.

The Austin family joined GBC in 2010 and Bobby joined the staff team in 2012.

Bobby earned a Bachelor's degree from Baylor University in 2004 and a Master's degree in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2022.

Bobby is married to Mary and they have three daughters.

He enjoys anything involving sports, being outdoors/camping, and spending time with people.
