A new "Parallel the Pastor" class begins Sunday, August 22nd, in Henderson Hall at 9:00am! Join the Hubbards & Hursts in a weekly gathering paralleling Brent's study through Exodus. Let's sharpen our skills together as we personally study and then discuss with each other each Sunday's sermon passage - then hear it preached by Pastor Brent at 10:45am. All the fun of small group discussion sharing our own discoveries before we hear it taught! If you are a newer believer or a seasoned saint looking to rekindle a greater love for the Lord in this season, bring your Bible, and sign up here. For further questions contact Keith at firstname.lastname@example.org.

When: January 23rd at 4 PM Location: GBC Sanctuary
GBC Members Meeting Jan 23rd at 4pm in the Sanctuary to provide an offer letter of a right of first refusal to 3 properties touching our current campus footprint in the event they might be open to sell one day.
What is a right of first refusal? A right of first refusal is a contractual right giving its holder the option to transact with the other contracting party before others can. It gives a potentially interested party the right to buy a property before the seller negotiates any other offers. It's typically written up before a homeowner puts a property on the market.
What is the advantage to the potential seller? The property owner receives a fee and knows that if they ever decide to sell their property there is an interested party that may outbid their best offer, provided it is reasonable.
Why does GBC want to pursue this now? After numerous committee meetings, the GBC Campus Development Team believes that our existing location is critical to live out our mission of devotion to the word, gospel centered worship, sacrificial service, and family. Our best opportunity for potential expansion is to be able to continue to expand our footprint where we are today. Therefore, we plan to pursue these Right of First Refusals in properties that we have identified to allow us to have the opportunity to do so and not miss a potential window of purchase should they become available.

Baptism is one of the most profound and meaningful steps that a person takes in their relationship with God. The church throughout history, however, has had several different teachings about what baptism is and who should take part in it. This has led to a degree of confusion and even frustration for many regarding this beautiful and meaningful sacrament. We believe this step is so important that we want to take time to reflect on what baptism is and why Jesus commanded his followers to do it.
We have several avenues through which people can pursue baptism at Grace Bible Church. You can attend a baptism class, which are offered every month, meet with an elder, or meet with a member of our staff. To pursue baptism by meeting an elder, you can e-mail our elders here. To pursue baptism by meeting with a member of our staff, you can e-mail our staff here. To attend our class on 2/6 at 10:45am, sign up here.
Please join us for the Church Wide Work Day and Clean Up! We are so thankful we have a congregation that is servant hearted and strives to bless others. We hope that this a successful event, and can't wait to see ya'll! Sign Up Here!
