Life can be hard sometimes, but life in isolation can be impossible. Even on a college campus with thousands of students it is easy to feel isolated. Humans have been created with an innate need for community, for deep and honest relationships, for face to face interaction. While we believe that preaching, teaching and corporate worship inside of a “church” is a beautiful and necessary expression of community, it fails to create intimate and meaningful interactions. Therefore throughout the week Crosspoint offers several different Community groups that meet in houses and dorms around campus. Community groups are comprised of several small groups of people; they allow you to raise questions, fears and struggles inside of a safe setting for dialogue and accountability. Some small groups study scripture others are going through books or videos. Every groups is different and there is definitely a place for you.
